Tell us a little bit about yourself: My name is Luzette Njweipi. I am an accountant with a passion for business and helping others succeed in life. My goal is to live a financially abundant and fulfilling life that aligns with who I truly am. I love to read, cook, travel, help people with their goals, take pictures and hang out with people I care about in my spare time.

Why did you get into business: I think I first got into the business because I wanted the flexibility to work on my schedule and to earn as much as possible. When I think back, I feel like my mum gave me the foundation of business. She always allowed us to do little side hustles during the holidays, because of this I developed the habit of always trying out different business ideas as I grew older. Today, I can proudly say that I am happy doing business. I think it’s fun and gives me a sense of purpose.

How are your businesses doing? They are doing alright. I have had some challenges and some victories. However, I think the most important thing is to keep going even when it looks like you are stuck. I am one of those people who likes looking at the complete picture. What I mean by this is that, if I set my mind to do anything, I want to do it fully. For me getting to a point where I am happy with my results/what I do typically takes time. But the good thing is I have learned to be patient, which I believe is a necessary skill set for anyone embarking on an entrepreneurship journey. I usually choose to use a step-by-step approach. It means that I start small and keep adding different segments or products to my business model. I believe it to be the best way to grow a business, especially if you are the primary investor.

What do you like to do in your free time when you are not working on your Business: To be honest, I rest and try to take care of myself as much as possible. I also love to travel when I get a chance (Which does not happen as often as I would love to, but once a year at the least), go to dinner with my loved ones, read, watch movies, and sometimes do some gardening. Lately, I have been looking into doing some artwork in my free time. I recently purchased a canvas and a few painting tools, and I am eager to create some lovely artwork—hopefully for my house. We will see if I come up with anything good. However, I believe it will be fun and that's enough.

What is the most difficult task for you when it comes to running your business: I think what I find challenging sometimes is taking on new task, that I am unfamiliar with. However, with time, I realize that I can figure out, how to do new task that come my way even, if it is not in my field of expertise.

Also, even though, it might not be done as well as that of a professional, if I take the time to learn, I can do it well enough. To be honest, I am at a point where I am not worried about taking on new task, sometimes I am unable to take on new task because of time.

Any words from upcoming entrepreneurs: There is no size fit all advice that will work for everyone because I believe that everyone handles things differently. Don't give up, though; keep learning.  Believe there is a time and season for everything, and if you give it your all, you will eventually succeed. The worst mistake you can make is not trying. Also, they should know that just because one idea failed, it does not make them a failure, and it does not mean that other ideas will also fail. Keep Trying. God bless you.

What's the Secret Behind Your Drive and Believe in Yourself:

I AM here because of what God said. I have faith, I work hard, and I trust God 200%. I believe I am a vessel and a tool in his hands and as we move into the new year, I think one of the main things that came to my mind was " Lord, I am going to need you, more than ever before to continue this journey"

I love this scripture in 2 Corinthians 4:7

King James Bible
But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.

New Living Translation
We now have this light shining in our hearts, but we ourselves are like fragile clay jars containing this great treasure. This makes it clear that our great power is from God, not from ourselves.

Without Him, I can't. Without Him, I am nothing. But with Him All things are possible.

My secret: God.

My Secret: I pray.

My Secret: I work hard.

My Secret: I refuse to give up.

My Secret: I am learning, growing and unlearning limiting believes.

One of my Biggest Secrets: I really Want this.

I hope this inspired you to keep going. You Got This! I am Rooting for you.

Love,

Lulu
